Proposal:

Application to build a single-storey extension for an extended kitchen, create a car parking area at the back, modify the north boundary wall for new access with 2-meter high gates, install 2-meter high weld mesh fencing, provide landscaping, and use the altered site for educational purposes (Use class F1).
